Can I take my child on holiday during term time? To request absence for any reason, other than sickness or medical appointments, please fill in our 'Absence Request Form'. Please send your completed form into school for the headteacher's attention.
Please note, DFE regulations state that absence for holidays cannot be authorised by headteachers except in the most exceptional circumstances. Any absence for term-time holiday will need to be coded as unauthorised. Please see our Pupil Attendance Policy for further information.
