Admissions
Our Governors have adopted the Local Authority's admission policy. Please click here to go to the Leicestershire County Council website for further information about school admissions and policies.
Our children start school full-time at the beginning of the Autumn Term (although please note that our new Reception children have a short, part-time phased induction). The planned admissions number (PAN) for the school at present is 90. Pre-school visits are arranged for all new entrants during the term prior to admission to school.
Although we are a Church of England Voluntary Controlled School, our admissions are the responsibility of Leicestershire County Council. Please visit www.leicestershire.gov.uk/popular-now/apply-for-a-primary-school-place for details of how to apply for a place or talk to the school office.
The School has an Inclusion Policy which states that no child with Special Educational Needs will be denied a place or access to the curriculum without full consultation with the child’s parents and the Local Authority. We shall do all we can to ensure inclusion of children with Special Educational Needs. The school now has full disabled access and has two disabled toilets. Our Accessibility plan and Equality schemes are on the Policies section of this website.
You are welcome to make an appointment with the Headteacher to view the school. Please telephone 01455 239391 to book onto one of our groups tours.
